Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept simultaneous submissions?

Yes, we understand that authors query multiple agents. Please let us know if you receive an offer of representation while we’re reviewing your work.

  • What if I’ve self-published before?

We consider previously self-published authors on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the work achieved strong sales or you have a new project.

  • Do you represent first-time authors?

Absolutely! Many of our authors started their publishing journeys with WordServe. A strong platform and compelling project matter more than prior publishing credits.

  • How long does the review process take?

We aim to respond to queries within 4-6 weeks. If we’re interested, we’ll request additional materials, which may add time to the process.
