Wade Mullen

Wade Mullen is a researcher, assistant professor, writer, and speaker whose work aims to help those in abusive situations: any who know the confusion and captivity and are in search of understanding and freedom. His content brings affirmation and enlightenment and is backed by the credibility of thorough research and careful analysis. Wade is known for his care for those who are suffering and his willingness to speak hard truths to those misusing their power.

Wade is the director of the Master of Divinity Program at Capital Seminary & Graduate School, a division of Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania. He also provides leadership to the directors of the Master of Arts in Ministry and Master of Arts in Biblical Studies programs. He teaches both ministry and leadership courses and engages in ongoing research in the field of leadership. He is actively sought out for media interviews, podcasts, guest blog posts, speaking, guest lectures, and consulting for both individuals and organizations.

Wade earned his Ph.D. in Leadership from Capital Seminary & Graduate School. Additional education includes an M.A. in Ministry: Leadership Studies from Capital Seminary & Graduate School and a B.S. in Pre-Seminary from Cairn University. HeĀ and his wife Sarita live outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania with their three young kids. Together they have been partners in the struggle to speak truth, promote good, and support those in need.
