Julie-Allyson Ieron (pronounced: I-RUN) is an author, collaborator, writing coach, and conference speaker. After serving in Christian magazine and book publishing management for a decade (as managing editor of Moody Press, senior editor of Moody magazine, and managing editor of The Standard magazine), Julie started Joy Media in 1998 as a writing, conference, and public relations ministry.
In addition to eight bylined books that reflect her experiences in applying God’s Word to daily life, Julie frequently collaborates with pastors and ministry professionals to help package their messages into popular book form. She has collaborated in this way with such well-known names as: Joyce and Adrian Rogers, Lysa TerKeurst, E.V. Hill, Howard Jones, James Scudder, national storyteller John Walsh, and others.
Julie’s most current bylined book is the Moody Publishers title: The Overwhelmed Woman’s Guide to … Caring for Aging Parents—a project she not only wrote, but lives out every day.
Julie is a Mentor/Master Craftsman with the Jerry B. Jenkins Christian Writer’s Guild, and was a Contributing Writer for Today’s Christian Woman for four years.
