William Sanders

William Sanders spent 20 years as a writer and editor at daily newspapers, the last twelve of which were with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He has won various state and regional writing and reporting contests, both as a sports writer and a features writer. Those awards, and $3.50, frequently got him a good cup of coffee. If William could make a living coaching rec-league girls softball, he would. He notes, however, that all of his softball championships, and $3.50, will get him a bagel and cream cheese to go with that coffee.

He admits to being flawed as the day is long. His wife Jane, and his two (almost) grown daughters, attest to that, but they love him well despite those flaws. William chooses Jesus over religion, grace over law and the kind of love that covers a multitude of sins over the right to be right. He and his family live in Atlanta, GA.
