Adam S. McHugh is the author of Introverts in the Church: Finding Our Place in an Extroverted Culture. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister, spiritual director, chaplain, speaker, and retreat leader. He has been published in The Christian Century, The Washington Post, RELEVANT Magazine, Psychology Today, Leadership Journal, Crosswalk, Patheos, Jesus Creed, Ministry Today, and The Ooze.
Adam has served at Presbyterian churches, as a hospice chaplain, and as campus staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and Princeton Theological Seminary. He lives with his wife in Claremont, California, though he wishes he still lived in his hometown of Seattle, Washington.
